Berkeley Engineering vs Columbia SEAS??

<p>What would you say? Would you prefer Berkeley Engineering (specifically chemical engineering in Berkeley's college of chemistry) or Columbia SEAS??</p>

<p>I do know both are very well known colleges especially Columbia (ivy and all), but what r your opinions??</p>
