<p>For anyone going to Cal and planning on living in the student family housing get your SIR and your housing application in NOW.
I faxed my stuff in on Monday and I got my apartment this morning!!
Also, I got my 1st apartment choice.
My move in date is early June.
If you wait until August the wait time for an apartment is about 3 months--and you're likely to have to take whatever they give you.
My wait time was only 3 days AND I got the location I requested.
Words to the wise: don't procrastinate--get on it!</p>
