<p>I just received a letter from Berkeley inviting me to attend the "Mathematics, Science, and Engineering at UC Berkeley" Information Session, from the Coalition for Excellence and Diversity in Mathematics, Science, and Engineering. I was just wondering if this letter was sent to everyone or only certain people.Has anyone here received anything like this?</p>
<p>I highly doubt everyone receives that. I've never even heard of it.</p>

<p>Here's a link for the information on this program... it's open to minorities. Those that checked off a 'nationality' box on their application and considered a minority should have gotten this invite. Also, low income are included, I think:</p>
