<p>Try emailing them for your application ID. That might be faster.</p>

<p>The ID that you use to logon with is your UC Statewide application id (in case you applied to more than one UC campus). It is not a UCB only logon id. If you kept your paperwork when you first applied, it is the same 7 numeric value that you received when you applied.</p>
