Which would you choose? I am out of state so I won't get state tuition in Berkeley. These are my concerns:

CA is in a deficit. This might make it hard for me to get class requirenments

I'm in LSP at NYU, forcing me to take a rigid first two years. I feel this will be boring or will make it hard for me to dabble in different majors.

Now, which would you prefer and why. Include the setting as well. I don't know what major I want to do yet.

Thanks

shadowzoid,

Please look at this previous thread. While it focuses on specific majors (Philosophy and Political Science) for the student who started the thread, there are responses that you might find pertinent in trying to compare the two schools.
