<p>Did anyone get notices from the program for APril 13-14? I responded on Thursday and still haven't received another email. It says within 48 hours in the first email after i RSVPed.</p>

<p>you have to send the $60 check and waiver form to the uc office in order for the rsvp to be confirmed.</p>

<p>i thought the program was free? they never asked me any checks. and i thought the waiver form is for you to bring during the actual event? so i gotta mail it?
do you know the address?</p>

<p>How to sign-up for OHP:

  1. RSVP for your selected program date on the RSVP page.
  2. Print and read the OHP registration and waiver of liability form. You MUST bring a printed waiver with you to campus.
  3. Return your signed registration and waiver with a $60 check made out to UC Regents to:</p>

<p>as far as i know it’s not actually free. if it were, some international students like me would be taking quite an advantage out of that</p>

<p>Space in these programs is limited by the availability of student hosts.
Accommodations and meals are provided and we offer limited Amtrak service from select locations to Berkeley.
To request a space you must do the following things:

  1. Complete and Submit the Reservation Request Form below.
  2. Print, read and sign the Waiver of Liability Form. A parent/guardian must sign this if you are under the age of 18. Students must bring this signed form with them to campus or they CAN NOT participate in the program.</p>

<p>**IMPORTANT: Submitting a reservation request form does not guarantee you a space in the program.</p>

<p>then there’s a form under that asking for contact info and such
it never said anything about mailing the waiver or paying the 60 dollar fee</p>

<p>there are many programs that are very similar and all thought of as OHP - some few are no charge and offered only to targeted applicants, most have a modest fee. One is for regents scholars - the ROHP. Others are set up by the alumni scholarship group, others are run by residential services. Everyone is eligible to attend at least one - your MyBerkeleyApp will point you at the appropriate one for you.</p>
