Berkeley Regents Still Not Out?

<p>Has anyone heard anything about the UCB Berkeley Regents transfer scholarships? I figured that I just hadn't gotten it, but my friends at my college and at other colleges haven't heard of anyone getting it. What's going on?</p>

<p>It looks like last year they sent out the Regents right around this time:</p>

<p>With the UCLA Achievement Scholarship just coming out and the Regents about to come out from Cal, I think they’re really trying to sway people who haven’t decided yet…</p>
