<p>Berkeley does offer Spring Admit to transfer students but this is strictly for overflow (you can't apply for it... you can only apply for Fall admit).</p>
<p>Who can get in for Spring?</p>
<p>I am a Spring Transfer and i think it’s because i was having trouble finishing my IGETC by this Spring. It is also an an indication of the size and rigor of our transfer applicant pool which numbered more than 13,000 this year.</p>

<p>Well, i’ll be petitioning to get into Fall. I’m not sure of the procedures yet, but i will see a UC representative tomorrow. I will be able to give you more information when i find out. :)</p>
