Berkeley testing

Hello
I have taken the ACT twice(once with writing and once without) and the SAT once with writing.
ACT 1 : 33 Composite(35 E, 35 M, 34 R, 28 S, 26 W)
ACT 2: 34 Composite (35 E, 35 M, 34 R, 31 S)
SAT: 1510 (760 E, 750 M, 6-5-6 on writing)
Berkeley requires that you take either the ACT with writing or SAT with writing, or both. I have reported my SAT with writing because I feel that score is better than my ACT with writing.
Should I also report my ACT with writing? The composite score isn’t bad, but the writing and science scores aren’t great(I want to study engineering).
Will they even consider my 34 without writing?

If you would like, you can also comment on what you think my chances are with these scores.
Additional info:
EC’s: good, not great. Lack of leadership positions, which could hurt.
Awards: National Merit Semifinalist, some soccer awards, honor roll.
UC GPA: 4.2
Personal insight questions should be pretty good(despite my ACT writing score, I consider myself a pretty good writer).
Out of State

Be brutally honest. Berkeley is my furthest reach, so telling me that I have poor chances won’t concern/upset me.
Thanks!
