berkeley vs georgetown

hi, i'm an international student admitted to georgetown sfs and berkeley college of letters and science, deciding between the two.

taking cost into consideration (georgetown at 55K and berkeley at 32K) -which school is preferable in terms of
-class sizes +interaction with faculty
-internship opportunities /future career placement
-general student population
-things to do on weekends /outside of school etc?

it's incredibly last-minute (1 may is so near!!!!) so really a huge thank you!

Rather late to try to unglue, don’t you think.

What’s your major, what do you plan to do after graduation, etc?

econs /polisci /IR; i would like to work with developing economies in an NGO …i’m just really concerned about not being able to interact with the professors and being lost in the hugeness that is berkeley

gluegunned,

If you’re Asian, I suggest that you go to Georgetown. Otherwise, go to Berkeley. Between the two, Berkeley is the superior university and the more prestigious one both in the US and internationally.

Berkeley for the money.
