<p>Let Me Just Say...frat Houses Are Not A Huge Thing! The Only Times When There Are Parties Out In The Streets Is When The Basketball Or Football Team Beats A Rival(say Usc, Ucla, Etc...) Other Than That The Cops Have It Pretty Mcuh On Lock. If You Are Under 21 You Better Watch Out, Because They Will Cruise The Streets Looking For Anyone Who Could Be "violating The Law." But Other Than That The Football And Lacrosse Houses Are The Ones To Be At!</p>
