<p>comprehensive review is just how they look at your application. im pretty sure all UCs use the same comprehensive review process. It just means that they look at all the stuff you put on your application. i have no idea what you mean by write your essay by comprehensive review.</p>
<p>They use similar comprehensive review processes, but it is not the same for all UCs, though very difficult to distinguish.</p>
