Berkley, how to get in?

hi everyone, I’m new here. I graduated from HS in May 2004 and currently a freshman at a community college . My GPA for the 1st term is around 3.8/4. I have been in the USA for around 3 years ( I didn’t go to school at all for the 1st 2 yrs because of my health condition). Right now I’m taking:
Calculus 3
differential equations
Physics 1
Comp2
and some more required classes
I got 33 for Math & 25 For Sciences in my first taken ACT( which I totally didn’t review or know anything about it). I’ll take it again this Feb. Besides, I will also take SATII for Maths iic & Physics this May.
My AP Maths score is 5
I went to Bekerley website and found no information about how to transfer to Berkeley from out-state-college. Can anyone help me? which course do I have to take? Any requirement for test scores? Please help me in detail
Oops, I forgot to tel you guys, my intended major is computer engineering.
Thanks alot in advance,

Applying to Cal from out-of-state is difficult, but not impossible, and the Engineering schools is extremely selective. Check out the above links and associated links. Since the focus on transferees is on grades of UC-approved courses and fulfillment of a few distribution requirements (English, math, arts-humanities/sciences/history), test scores are not required. Non-residents (out-of-staters), must meet the same transfer admission requirements as residents. Good luck.

Call the school and talk to someone who is familiar with their policies.
