Besides GPA and LSAT, what else do law schools value for admission?

Edit: Does anyone know if military service matters? Also, what about minority status?

URM status matters quite a bit. I’ve seen no evidence they care about anything else.

sure, military service is a good soft factor, military service and other good softs won’t make up for sub-par numbers: GPA+LSAT. Good softs just serve as a tie-breaker.
