Best 5 U.S. presidents

Sorry for my delayed response:

"you're an idiot...that's how politics works...interest group money...Bush's campaign wouldn't be nearly as strong as it was if it wasn't for the Christian Coalition or any other fundamentalist group....THIS IS POLITICS...take a class on the American Presidency...oh yeah...I forgot...you're an oblivious highschool junior that doesn't know anything about the real world..."

Notice
1.) How you failed to name any liberal that denounced me.
2.) You are saying random stuff out of thin air. I mean, SHOW ME something from where you come to these conclusions!! Self Analysis? Yeah, in a debate self-analysis is BS. Self analysis means nothing unless proven so, which you have failed to do.
3.) All that stood out from most of your posts is personal atacks on me. I though you said you need to know the person personally in order to attack him. Hypocrite! :)
4.) If you really beleive fetuses have rights, show me an exerpt from the law that clearly states so. Just because you can't prove anything doesnt mean you need to go on and call me an "idiot." I mean, is what debate all about---making arguments and supporting them. You made an argument but hardly supported them if fetruses did have rights, then there are laws over it right? Or are they another part of your "self analysis?"
5.) Notice how you also failed to link interests groups with future Bushes, as realted to your argument.
6.) You wanna know why Bush wants to veto the Act? because he doesnt want to "kill one life to save another." Simple as that. Unless you can support your "self analysis."

and seth, i actually studied in London for six months so I do have an idea of what the people like. I love these people. We're all soccer (or football in Europe) manics!! My favority league team is Liverpool.

President Abbas (palestine) is going to meet Bush for middle-east peace talks. Its funny how Bush refused to meet with Arafat when Arafat (nobel peace prize winner) also offered peace talks with him.

Do you honestly think Arafat wanted peace? He was a terrorist who stole hundreds of millions of dollars from his own people.

Shut up, primitive... really, your words are BS.
"Show, show, show....", self-analysis is what differs educated people from you. You just can't do it, and try to discredit self-analysis..

You are against Bush, only because you are Arab.

it's not random stuff outta thin air :)...read a government text book...I have about 4 pages front and back of government notes specifying how important it is for politicians to play "interest group politics." Where do you think the money to run a campaign comes from? Do you think the Bushes actually paid for their campaigns in full all by themselves? Do you think, he just got money from random, individual friends? Tell me...have you ever heard of a PAC? How about a "527"? I'm not going to sit here and cite something every time i make a point. If you didn't know that politics is run by money, then you're never going to be the politician you're aspiring to become.....and no...self analysis is what Congresmen, Senators, Researchers, Businessman, Lawyers, Doctors do all the time. Listen to a session of the U.S. House one day, or of a committee hearing...see...i've noticed this about you...when you get backed in to a corner that you can't get out of, you tend to push for the citing of material....the difference between you and me primitive, is that I don't really have to cite stuff all that often, because I actually remember what I've been taught....I can just repeat many of the things I've learned, and if I'm unsure I'll find a source....but...I'm not unsure...I HAVE found sources that fetuses have rights.....I don't need to find sources that interest group money is vital to modern politics...that's COMMON SENSE....and....i make personal attacks now, because I think i've gotten to know you well enough to conclude that you're hard headed, immature, you dont' listen, you just keep on going on a whim, you fail to admit when you're wrong, you can't articulate a coherent argument just for the mere fact that you never have a point to prove...you just try to disprove others' points.....you never really argue...your just like..."if this...then why?".....i could do that all day! it's not that hard.........oh.....Bush knows everything about stem cell research...he has an executive agency dedicated to it, that provides him all the information he needs....I'm sure he knows it doesn't involve an actual life.....but you know, one bad move could ruin the "Bush dynasty." :)........sure he's got pressure from Congress and the public to pass the thing...but those big money donors aren't gonna back off...politics isn't the honest, one on one game, where the best man wins like you dream of it to be....politics is cruel, harsh, and rich.....

primitive KEEP IT UP!

you are a beacon of light amongst other Brutish neo cons on this board

tsktsk, sempitern, you disappoint me, even as a liberal you should at least realize that primitive's political insight is limited to "Bush is dumb, all repubs are dumb". Sheesh, he's hardly a beacon of light.

tsk tsk tsk

maybe you should stick to your conservatives instead of tellimg me what to do!

Primitive is RIGHT!
we liberals got to stick together, there are so few of us

And primitive, you always sat that you know aqll about bush's policies, let's see you actually paraphrase and prove to us that you have at least some degree of knowledege about politics. "NO COPYING AND PASTING ALLOWED THOUGH." :)

I'm not a conservative, i'm canadian, therefore I am a moderate.

If primitive needs a source that the Christian Coalition is one of Bush family's top donors, then he's a moron. You don't need a source for that!!!...just watch the 700 club in the months leading up to an election!!!!!!!!

Sempiter555, thank for the support.

Nahrafsfa, of course interest groups and PACs have influences in decison making. WHO DOESNT KNOW THAT?? But the main reason behind the veto threat isnt the donations. Its because Bush doesnt was to "kill a life to save another." He made his point LOUD AND CLEAR. If you find that difficult to understand, then you are the one who is confused. You dont need a class for that, watch the news and use common sense!

seth_blue, I honestly dont know what you are talking about. I have been debating here for quite a while (ie. months), so I do have some knowledge of politics. And you say I copy and paste? I would love to paraphrase many disturbing quotes you have made.....nevermind....your reputation speaks for itself. :)

and stardragon, I am not arab;but i am Muslim. You have a problem with that? If so, live with it!!

politics isn't the honest, one on one game, where the best man wins like you dream of it to be....politics is cruel, harsh, and rich.....

haha, no wonder why I hate our President!

Bush can't exactly say, I dont' want to **** off the CC cuz then they won't give Jeb money to run in the primaries....that'd **** citizens off....

and your point??

primitive, I have no idea what you're talking about. Bush is an evangelists, everyone knows that, but the main reason he vetoed is not because of the morality factors. (see, you're using my quote, that's plagiarism! :) ) Nevermind, you haven't shown anyone anything except that you're somewhat immature and have a superficial understanding of government.

(see, you're using my quote, that's plagiarism! ) Nevermind, you haven't shown anyone anything except that you're somewhat immature and have a superficial understanding of government.

Gosh, if there was even 1% of truth to what you said !

Do you honestly think Arafat wanted peace? He was a terrorist who stole hundreds of millions of dollars from his own people.

Arafat is no saint but he did work for peace. Why do you think he won the Nobel Peace Prize? There's something about Abbas that seems wierd, i feel the same in the case of Hamid Karzai.

"President Abbas (palestine) is going to meet Bush for middle-east peace talks. Its funny how Bush refused to meet with Arafat when Arafat (nobel peace prize winner) also offered peace talks with him."

Bush is eligible for the nobel prize also!!!!!!!
