I’ve been looking into AAS degrees that are similar to Parson’s AAS in design. So far I haven’t found many, in the states or overseas. Does anyone have recommendations? I have no prior experience in design, just want to make a career shift. Thanks!
Have you looked at FIT’s AAS program. It’s an excellent program with plentiful industry connections. They require that you submit a portfolio with your application and recommend strong sewing skills. If either is a problem got you, you might considering taking fashion illustration and/or sewing courses before investing in an AAS.
