If you're familiar with grad programs that's even better. I'm not familiar with architecture at all (this isn't for me) so any info you may have will be useful.

ETH in Zuerich, AA and Bartlett in UK, Technische Uni in Berlin are but a mere few

edit

also University of Tehran has a decent program

I would definitively say the AA in London has one of the most highly regarded architecture programs in the world. It's hard to get in though... VERY hard. I've also heard that the Bartlett School at the University College of London has a very good program too...

From my own personal experience I can tell you that Spain has some REALLY amazing architecture schools. In my case, I explored several possibilities in Spain, and even traveled there last year to look at several schools I was interested in. All I can say is that in general terms, Spanish architecture schools all have a VERY demanding curriculum that focuses a lot on structural sciences and theoretical courses (particularly calculus, physics, geometry, and drafting) before plunging into design. Spain is definitively an interesting option, not to mention all the architectural wealth that would surround you if you study there!!
