Prestige is a very small factor when it comes to undergraduate school -> graduate school. Same with professional school (medical). In my opinion, business administration is a solid major for job opportunities and salary. However, that would not qualify you to be a med student. If you still want to meet prerequisites for medical school while still having something to fall back on, I recommend a double a major in biology (or related) and business administration. Make sure you look at med schools that you are interested in before hand to get a feel of what the prerequisites are, as there are sometimes a couple of oddball classes that are not required in a science major.
