Business Administration is a major at the undergraduate level, but it’s not very compatible with biology since basically no requirements overlap. You can double major though. Business Major is one of the least demanding majors (little reading/writing).
Be aware that for med school in addition to biology, you’ll need about 1/3 classes in humanities and social sciences, including 1 year of English/composition/freshman seminar, psychology, sociology, and classes that have a diversity or international component; biochemistry; chemistry and calculus; upper-level science classes; and research experience. Your college does not matter as much as your ability to keep a high GPA (keep in mind that 60% freshmen think they’ll make an A in college… only 30% do) so you should make sure you’re in the top 25-40% students at your school and the ability to do research ie., close contact with professors is also a prime criterion. A public college’s honors program may be a good choice, for example.
If you can’t make it into med school as a biology or biochemistry major, your best bet is a second major or minor in the sciences. CS tends to lead to jobs
BTW you don’t need a science major to apply to med school; you need science classes and a high GPA in them, but you could apply as a French major, an Economics major, a Women’s Studies major, etc.
