Best bank to have at Harvard?

Like who has ATMs that are closest to the campus, etc. I currently have Wachovia which isnt even in MA.

I think its either between Citizens bank or Bank of America. I would appreciate it if anyone who currently goes to the school could let me know, as they'd prolly know best.

I like Bank of America... it's EVERYWHERE... truly a NATIONAL bank.
Also, I do most of my banking online... and they have a very good
online banking website.

Harvard Square is absolutely chock-a-block with banks. It is supposed to have the most banks per square footage than any other place in the US. We use Bank of America because it took over our old bank which took over our even older bank which took over our even older bank. But Citizens is supposed to be very good though it may have somewhat fewer branches. And the two are just oppostive of each other, so they're both equally convenient.

Bank of America is probably your best bet. There are two within 5 minutes (walking) from campus, as well as a Bank of America ATM in Loker Commons (the basement of Annenberg.)

Are there a lot of Chase banks around?

Hmm, first, are there any washington mutual banks or atms around? Also, how does Cingular fare in terms of service in the area?

BayBank, Marite? My very first bank account!!

Do they have HSBC in America? You should go for that. Clearly the best bank around.

Yes, it was BayBank, and I rather miss it.

Haha these 'I just got into Harvard and I want to discreetly mention it with some irrelevant query' threads crack me up :)
