Best bet for college?

Okay, so I posted on a different thread earlier, but this time it’s kinda a different question. I’m a junior in my first semester of high school and I’m stressing over college already. I want to apply to mostly Ucs, but mainly UC Davis, UCSB, and UCI.
Currently my UC GPA (10th grade to the middle of 11th, where I am presently) is 3.7, and hopefully will increase as my junior year goes on. My sat score was 1910(first one, retook in December idk the score yet, and taking it again in January). (570 math/650cr/690writing)
Ec: track and field (freshman year to present)
Cross country (sophomore year)
Habitat for humanity(this year)
Cheerleading(freshman/sophomore)
Choir and dance(from first grade to sophomore year)

Idk currently what my best bets for college are, but I plan on majoring in computer science/ computer game science because I like to code.

If my sat score increases as does my gpa, which colleges would be my best bet?
Same with if it doesn’t-which one would be okay?

At the moment with your current GPA and SAT score, all schools are a slight reach since their average GPA is 4.0+. Outstanding essays and EC’s can give you a boost but UC’s are very GPA focused. Do your best and hopefully you can get your grades up. UCSC and UCR look like more realistic schools at the moment. CS is one if the more competitive majors so you need to be above the average.
