Best Book for AP Chemistry

I'm taking part in an independent study in the forthcoming school year and would be most appreciative for suggestions. Does "Chemistry - Sixth Edition" by Zumdahl & Zumdahl ring any bells and, if so, is this one of the best texts out there? Cheers.

Thats supposed to be one of the best. Also check out Chemistry by Raymond Chang.

Yeah our class uses Zumdahl too. I really don't like it though, especially the 5th edition. Many of the questions (the hard ones) aren't even shown in examples, and you have to resort to the solutions guide.

Zumdahl is great. Used it last year and got a 5 no problem.

I used Chemistry by Brown, Lemay and Bursten. I thought it was good also.
