Best Books for....

What are my best choices next year for physics B, stat, APUSH, Calc AB? I reckon most of my teachers will be good enough that i won't have to teach myself everything...It'd be nice if i could use them to help prepare for tests as well like cliffs for bio but obviously for review in preparation of the AP. I will also be self-studying AP Psych.

AP Statistics - Barron’s

AP Calculus AB - Princeton Review, study from past FRQs on the college board website, and watch [Banner, A.: The Calculus Lifesaver: All the Tools You Need to Excel at Calculus.](http://press.princeton.edu/video/banner/). With that you’re guranteed to get a 5.

^I agree with the above.

Physics B - Princeton Review and do the AP Central released FRQ’s

APUSH (depending on how much work you want to do) - AMSCO (best one, I think, but may be a bit too detailed), Princeton Review (slightly less detailed, still good)

Psych - Barron’s

APUSH - AMSCO and Crash Course (if you haven’t already heard a thousand times)

Can’t help with the others, though I would also like to know which would be best for Physics and Calc AB.

Crash course is the best if you’re a historical moron, like myself.

Physics- Princeton Review (but I took C)
Statistics- Barrons
Calc- Princeton Review (but I took BC)
US History- Kaplan was really helpful actually

I’ve said it once on another thread and I’ll say it again. Give Sparknotes Powerpack and Sparknotes Guide a try for US. It’s not popular but it’s my personal favorite. Some of the notes cards from the powerpack were almost word for word on the test.

APUSH - AMSCO or PR
Stat - REA or Barron’s
Calc AB - PR and AP Central FRQs
