<p>they already sent them out weeks ago. dont worry though because a lot of good ppl got slammed by Best Buy. they have weird criteria anyways. i asked for an explanation of the decision and the lady never called me back.</p>

<p>My d was notified she was a finalist...additional materials were due by the end of March; The site says winners will be notified in May (I think by the first part of the month...)</p>
<p>I wonder if perhaps tho, people in non-competitive districts don't have to go through the processes b/c they aren't competing to get it, they're just going to get it automatically?</p>
