which city colleges in california the best overall?

I think is CCSF?

El Camino is pretty nice. I think number 1 in transfers to ucla too.

SMC maybe?

Santa Monica College has the highest number of transfer students to UCLA.

[UCLA Undergrad Admissions: Profile of Transfers from CA Cmty Colls - 08 Fall](http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/prospect/Adm_tr/Tr_Prof08_CAcc.htm)

Moorpark College has the second highest transfer rate to UC’s and Cal States out of all CCC’s.

It has been a GREAT and smooth experience there.

Actually, #2 is Pasadena City College.

Okay, sorry, Moorpark is first.

“Based on enrollment Moorpark ranks first in the state for transfer to the University of California and California State University systems.”

Fullerton college hands down

west coast therapy institute is first

I go to PCC which is the 2nd top community college that is right in back of Santa Monica. PCC is also the top community college for transferring to USC!

I like Orange Coast College, and I know it is up there (top five) in overall transfers throughout California.

The campus is decent, and the library is amazing.

Not to mention (most of) the professors are absolutely fantastic.

The only downside is that it is in Orange County, though Costa Mesa is not too bad.

i heard that over 90% of TAP students at Los Angeles Pierce College are admitted to UCLA

i’ve been considering santa barbara city college, pasadena city college, santa monica college, orange coast college. Which of these are good, how are the campuses and the area?

^^you should also check out Moorpark College. It’s a great school. It’s number 2 in #'s of transfers to uc/csu. It’s only one of 2 campuses nationwide that has an animal teaching program. I believe the only one public.

oh thats interesting, does it have any articulating agreements?

Diablo Valley College is the best.

GCC is decent for those in the LA area and are looking for a smaller campus compared to PCC and SMC.

Santa Rosa Junior College. Rated 3rd in the nation. However, prestige and community college are oxymorons.

yeah, i believe moorpark have agreements with ucla, ucsb, uci and a few others.
