Must take spring transfers.
Only Fresno state and Chico state accept Spring transfers. Both have Agriculture and Animal Science majors/minors. You would need to investigate further if they have your specialization.
If you can wait until Fall for transfer, then UC Davis, Cal Poly’s Pomona and San Luis Obisbpo could be options.
No equine at Chico - FYI. Pomona best for that!
Quite honestly I don’t think any college is better than UC Davis in that speciality.
qualifications?
I was about to say, I imagine UC Davis would be the top choice for that. My family donated horses to them before lolz.
UC Davis and cpp.
No Spring transfer possible though.
A very narrow target makes the list really short. Fresno State it is.
It looks like they want a 2.7 but, they application window closted 8/31

I’d call and ask if there is any flexibility,if not, you are waiting 'til fall but have a broader selection.
Is there any reason you must be able to transfer in spring instead of fall?
If you can wait it out, as others have said UCD is your best option.
You’ve to weigh what matters to you the most : starting in the spring, even if it’s at a university that’s less good for what you want, or studying at the best universities for our major (ucd, cpp) but starting in the fall.
