<p>One side of Rice is directly across from the huge medical center complex. The medical center isn’t the nicest part of the area. The apartments in that exact vicinity are gated for security. If you have any questions, my son in law just graduated from UT Houston medical school and shared a condo in that area. My daughter lived on the other side of Rice in a nicer area.</p>
