Best CC in LA or Simi Valley California? Future transfer to UC (engineering).

<p>Title. I'm moving to California and want to try for UCs/Cal States/USC/Harvey Mudd in a years time. I am currently enrolled in college. I have a very good academic record thus far. (3.98 GPA, two academic research projects) Currently I have 39 credits (However, I will lose about 10-12 credits in the transferring process to a community college in California). </p>

<p>Following Santa Monica College, the other top UC feeder schools last year were De Anza College in Cupertino, 511 students; Pasadena City College, 498; Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, 483; and Santa Barbara City College, 464.</p>
