What do you think is the best Cdn Uni to do your Business undergrad in and why?

Notes: Please specify which Uni the school you are talking about is part of. For ex. don't just say Sauder, say something like Sauder (UBC).
Don't say it doesn't matter what school I do my Bachelor's in because no one will care in the end as that is not what I am asking for.

I'd have to say Richard Ivey at UWO. But for this program, the first two years are basically 'trial years' and if you can't maintain an average of at least 80% you arent allowed to continue with this program. And I think I read somewhere that a third dont make it.

And Queens Commerce is really good too. My friend is dying to go there, their admit rate is about 9%.

Coming from Seattle I heard good things about the Sauder school at UBC. York and Queens, as other posters have said, are probably the two best.

I went to McGill for science originally and ended up transferring into the Desautels Faculty of Management, and I like it here. The faculty has improved a lot in the couple of years I've been here.

In terms of reputation, I would put Ivey(Western Ontario) slightly ahead of Queen's.

In terms of quality of education, I would pick Queen's first and Schulich (York) second.

In terms of campus recruiting, it would be Ivey (60%), then Queen's (40%).

So it all depends on what you mean by "best". If I want to go into finance, I would pick Queen's. If I want consulting, I would go for Ivey. Accounting? Schulich, Rotman (Toronto), Waterloo (which is not even a business program) in that order.

Overall, I would say the best programs are Ivey and Queen's. The students there certainly see each other as competitors. I heard from recruiters that Ivey students (case studies) are better at interviews while Queen's are better on job performance (quantitative program).

If you want to live on the west coast, UBC is great. They are well respected out here, but I've heard that they don't send a ton of people out east. So if you want to work Bay Street, it is probably better to head there to begin with.

The "best" in Canada for undergrad are Queen's, Ivey (UWO), and Schulich (York).

Ivey at UWO has, at leat i believe, the best undergrad business progarms in canada.
Once you graduate, extremely easy to get recruited and start at around $60,000/year.
