I'm applying as a transfer student and am torn between Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Chemical Engineering.

To find out, I can only apply for a single major on the application. Additionally, I can only submit a single application. Though if I choose to double major I declare that once admitted.

All this said, which major might be the least competitive from those three? Apart from Berkeley, my first choice is GA Tech and considering I can't decide from those three majors, I rather do whichever will get me into GA Tech.

Transferring to Georgia Tech is not a competitive process so there is no need to choose a major based on that. Choose what you’re most interested in and what you think you’ll be best at.

Oh… That changes things, lol. It really doesn’t matter? Don’t they sometimes maybe take more students for one major than another depending on class sizes?

The difference is in the sciences. ChemE requires two chemistry courses, CompE requires a chemistry and a calculus-based physics course, CS requires any two science courses in sequence. So if you have Chem 1, Chem 2, and Physics 1 (in addition to Calc 1 and 2, and English 1 and 2), you qualify for all three majors.

With your GPA there is no concern about getting into any major. Just apply for the one that interests you the most.

If you’re really worried, choose the least competitive major of the three. Hell, you could even choose management. It’s incredibly easy to switch between majors and individual colleges within the school.
