<p>If you look at the facts, Berkeley is undoubtedly your best shot. Cornell’s stats get a little confused by the in state students accepted to it’s land grant schools. Berkeley by a significant margin has the lowest SAT average in this group.</p>
<p>Unfortunately there is no ED there and you can’t be lookig for a cent of aid.</p>
