Best Choice/Chances

Hello,

I'm planning to major in Aerospace Engineering and minor in Economics, and as a junior, have narrowed down my college choices. They're all top-notch. I was wondering if anyone with experience would like to give advice based on my stats as to if I have a chance of getting into them, and where I should apply for Early Action.

My Stats:
SAT reasoning: 2300 (taken sophomore year) Math: 780 Eng: 770 CR: 750
SAT II Chem: 800
PSAT: 240
GPA: Unweighted: 4.0 Weighted: 4.3
Taking 7 AP tests this year: APUSH, APChem, APPhys B, AP Micro, AP Macro, AP Eng. Lang, APES.
Currently taking APUSH, AP Physics B, AP Chem at school as well as H. Eng, H Precalc.

Extracurriculars: Two years in varsity swimming, Assistant Lead Petty Officer in Sea Cadet Band (plays for high-level military/vets events), 300+ community service hours, varsity policy debater, Captain of Team America Rocketry Challenge team, planning on starting Early Launch Initiative (rocketry) program for younger kids, editor at school's writing/editing club, National 1st place in 8th grade for Middle School Science Bowl.

Prospective Schools: (in order)
MIT
Stanford
Princeton

Backup/Secondary choices:

UC Berkeley
UCLA
University of Michigan
Air Force Academy

To give some perspective - at my high school, 10% of the class of 500 goes to Berkeley each year (goes - the acceptance rate is higher,) so the competition is really tough, although most of the students are really good at theoretical competitions and not at real, hands-on engineering/project management, which I have some experience in (rocketry.)

So the main thing that I have a problem with is not enough competitions. I don't do AMC, and I did study for physics olympiad but managed to screw up the qualification test due to factors such as fatigue, not prepping correctly, etc. I've already applied to a bunch of summer internships and hopefully I will get in and that will in turn buff up my profile more.
I'm also taking AP Physics C, AP Bio, AP Stats, AP English Lit. next year at school. I'm taking SAT II Physics and Math II by the end of this school year.

So what are my chances? And what school should I do Early Action for?

Thanks for the help and responses.

P.s. I'm planning on doing AFROTC in college and I'm confident that I have a good shot at a Type 1 (full ride) scholarship, and will get at least a Type 3 (still a significant amount,) so tuition isn't really an issue. I don't think it will affect admissions, but if it does, please correct me.
