Could anyone tell me what they think are the most interesting/easiest classes that fulfill the RCA or RCB requirements ? Also, do i need just one of them or both of them to apply for med school ?

You need one year of english for med school. Most reading and comp courses fulfill that requirement. You should keep the syllabus in case they ask. So I’m guessing you have to take both.

As far as interesting, each section is going to have its own reading lsit. You want to figure out what that reading list is going to be, and pick one that interests you. You can often find the reading list for the upcoming semester on the department website. So the English department or Rhetoric department may have a list of the courses for next semester, including the reading list, for instance. Or you could contact the instructor (almost always a grad student).
