Best College in the Northeast

I would like to know what college is better between:

U of Vermont, UConn, U of New Hampshire, UMass, Maine

I want to major in something related to social sciences (probably political science or international relations) and I want the school to be somewhat liberal.

UMass is the better of the bunch.

no UVM or UConn are the better choices here

I wouldn’t say umass is liberal.

Personally, I think Maine is too cold, and New Hampshire is a bit out there.
UVM sounds like a good choice. It has a decent reputation, it’s in Burlington, which is a cozy little city, and it’s known to have down to earth people.

I think UVM is the best of those, with UConn in close second.

^ I agree with Pierre and Arken.

UConn is the best out of those by a good amount.
