Best College & Major for 3.0-3.4 GPA

Don’t worry about your major yet. And all sciences will be difficult, so keep that in mind (Kinesiology is not an easy major either). First find the Cal State’s that are within your stat range, like Sonoma State. Start making up a list to apply. Also apply to UC Merced, UC Santa Cruz or Riverside since you are a CA res. Once you have the list of schools that accept students in your range, then start to determine which schools have programs of interest to you.

This will help you determine which campuses to apply to based on stats and majors offered:

Read through all the Financial aid information on the UC’s site (blue, gold). Applications are due very soon, and you should apply to at least 6-8 campuses. Have a safety in mind too, or a “plan B” (community college then transfer). Good luck!
