<p>Academically, Wisconsin is significantly stronger than the other three. This is diluted by large class sizes and administrative red tape, so I’d have to agree with the others about Johns Hopkins. </p>
<p>Tufts and GWU are also fantastic universities, and it would make perfect sense to choose them over the others if one of them is a better fit. I’d choose Tufts, myself.</p>
