<p>The caliber of professors at Hopkins is also far superior to that at Tufts, as well as the student body overall being a bit better. I think CCers are confused because Tufts’ student body does not lag too far behind Hopkins, but then again, Tufts doesn’t lag too far behind in student body from Cornell, UChicago, Northwestern, etc.</p>
<p>The Faculty at Hopkins, as well as the facilities and opportunities, are simply better and more highly regarded than those at Tufts.</p>
<p>Sorry to burst your bubbles. Hopkins is easily on par with Cornell, Duke, and Uchicago. The same cannot be said for Tufts, though it is somewhat closer now than it was 20-30 years ago.</p>
