<p>What are the best ranked programs in fine arts and best ranked programs in photography which also allow international students to take classes as a non-degree/visiting student? Just for one semester of course work. </p>

<p>What about Brooks University of Photography in Santa Barbara? Is that a good place or in terms of photography major less so than RIT? Thanks.</p>
<p>I have not heard of Brooks. I don’t think it has the reputation of RIT.</p>
<p>RISD does it over the summer, I’m not sure if they allow for it during the year but I would think so.</p>
