<p>Most colleges have fairly good history programs, so don't feel like you need to get into a really selective college to get a good program for undergrad. I'd probably look at a colleges that fit your other criteria (feel/size/location/etc.) and then just make sure that the college has a good history program, as it likely will.</p>
<p>Any school will have a good history program. Go for fit.</p>
<p>Undergrad makes almost NO difference in History majors. Graduate school is another matter.</p>
<p>Pick the school where you "fit" the best overall....and go for it.</p>
