<p>Only a small group of colleges meet 100% of need for International students…</p>

Amherst
Swarthmore
Williams</p>
<p>And some more…but not sure.</p>
<p>odds are stacked against internationals needing financial aid. better to not ask for aid.
otherwise, aside from the above three schools, harvard, yale and princeton would give aid but it is very competitive to enter these three.</p>
