Best computer at BU..starting at Cgs then to?

<p>Our dd needs a new laptop for college, and we want to pick one with convenient and effective it support on or near campus. we are considering springing for an apple and then upgrading her cell to an iPhone where she could seamlessly use something like iCal for her planner. Alternatively, we could get a new pc and she could use her touch or a paper planner.<br>
I understand there are a lot of group projects at CGS, and her probable final destination may be marketing, education, or ???</p>

<p>Stick with a Mac. There is an Apple store a short train ride away (on Boylston Street) and a Tech Center in Kenmore Square (near Warren Towers) that I believe offers support for Mac computers. Macs are also, in my opinion, a better investment – they don’t get viruses, they tend to last awhile, they’re quick, they’re sleek, etc. Most BU students I know have Macs.</p>
