Best Computer Science schools based on my scores?

A couple of points on Math and CS. 1 - level and volume of math classes is likely to vary depending upon which college within a university houses the CS department. If it is engineering or straight computer science, there will be college and program requirements for a significant amount of math throughout all years. If it is “arts and sciences” (ie: BU), slightly less rigor is possible for high level math, but likely more requirements for social sciences and language arts. 2 - math scores on standardized tests do not necessarily determine a student’s ability to handle lots of math…however they are a competitive benchmark for admission. If your math (and science if ACT) scores on standardized tests are not stellar, but you have demonstrated abilities in math via competitions, special projects, independent study - make sure to highlight those within your application/essay. You will need to demonstrate competitive aptitude via other measures.
