I'm a junior at a secondary school and am planning on applying to top schools next year. Most of them will be Ivy league schools. I'm planning on majoring in biochemistry. I need some advice and help with my final course selection at hs.

9th grade:
Chemistry Regular

10th grade:
Honors Biology

11th grade:
AP Chem
AP Calc BC

I have to select my senior year courses by this week, and I need help.
As of right now they look like:

AP Literature
Multivariable Calculus
AP Economics
Micro/Moecular Biology
Chinese 4

I plan on going MBA after undergraduate study; the reason why I wish to take econ.
(I'm the school newspaper's business editor and acquired an internship at IBM for the upcoming summer)
microbiology and molecular biology is in place of AP Bio, a course that my hs does not offer.
And I feel like colleges require four years of foreign language.

The problem is, I've seen people place a heavy amount of importance on taking physics at high school. An additional amount for those who wish to go ivy.
Would I be okay even without taking physics at hs? or would that kill me?
If I should take physics, what course should I substitute it with?
Also, English isn't my first language. Do colleges still want to see four years of study in foreign language, or is it cool to drop it?
thanks
