Best cross-country car-shipping service?

@lookingforward

I used autozipper, it went super well. Great communication, reasonable pricing.

In addition to that, I ended up driving across the country twice LOL. Once in my girlfriends mini because her parents were buying the car, and again in the SUV that my parents gifted me.

Glad you liked them!
Twice, eh? That’s rough. I’ve done the southern route 3x, have funny tales about DH driving. Or rest stops where everyone settled in for the night, all brushing their teeth together in the restrooms. Wish I remembered where we had the best ever biscuits and gravy.

First time we took our time and made it a mini vacation. went from SF-Seattle-Glacier Natl Park (Montana)-Denver-then across to Philly. I had friends in a few places so we took more breaks.

Second time it was all business. Straight across with the shortest route. I can tell you though that the best biscuits and gravy I had were in St Louis MO. Can’t remember the place though lol. My girlfriend was bummed because neither of the drives took us through AZ and NM because she wanted to see southern deserts and native american influenced culture but oh well.

They run away? Seems like a strange business practice. My family has used A-1 Auto Transport and seem to be happy with them since they’ve gone back to them a couple times. Not sure how the price stacks up since the uhaul is so much I’m guessing it’s not a short trip. The price of shipping a car will reflect that as well. You may try to find a company that does both (moving & cars) if you’re going to pay decent money. I believe the company I mentioned does this and I’m sure others do too.

Sort of 6 months late with your comment lol - try checking post date next time

Sorry for bumping a really old thread, but now I’m looking for a good car shipping service and it’s getting so tough. I’m a bit paranoid that the car may get damaged and nobody will pay me the refund. So any update which company did you choose?

The OP is long gone. Better to start a new topic than bump an ancient thread. Closing.
