Best CSU for photography?

<p>I hear CSU Fullerton's art department is good. Am I correct?</p>

<p>Also, I was wondering does anyone know anything about photography/art departments in any schools in the CSU system? If so what are the pros/cons? Is it underfunded? Which CSU's aren't underfunded?</p>

<p>The best photography school I know of is Cal Arts, out in Valencia. It is highly competitive...</p>
