Best CSU for Real Estate?

<p>My boyfriend currently goes to UNT for Real Estate (in the B-school) and is doing a year at another school next year through the National Student Exchange (<a href="http://www.nse.org)%5B/url%5D"&gt;www.nse.org)&lt;/a>. He plans on moving to California (dream is Santa Barbara haha) and doing real estate development. Which of these schools should he pick for real estate (Fullerton, Long Beach, etc. are not options)? </p>

<p>CSU Northridge (currently where he thinks he'd like to go)
CSU LA
CSU East Bay
CSU Pomona
CSU Chico
CSU Bakersfield
CSU Monterey Bay
CSU San Bernardino
CSU Fresno
San Jose State
Sonoma State
Humboldt State</p>

<p>Ugh I wish he would pick University of Washington - it's the best school on the list IMO and Seattle rocks! He is set on CA though - thanks for your ideas!</p>

<p>Don't pick Humboldt. Their real estate option was fazed out over 10 years ago due to budget cuts.</p>
