Hi all,

Any input on who the best DI male program sprint coaches are (50, 100, 200)? Maybe aside from the big names, and some mid-major coaches we might not have heard of? I'd be looking for rate of improvement among recruits, not necessarily placement at NCAA's.

Thanks in advance.

Brett Hawke, Auburn

Mike Bottom, Michigan (lots of new and innovative ideas, great with sprinters)
Braden Holloway, NC State (underrated program that is on the rise big time!)
Dave Durden, Cal Berkeley (Great program all around)
Tim Murphy, was at Harvard now at Penn State (the harvard team in the past couple years was really great in their sprints and had a lot of improvement)
Dave Salo, USC (he’s also known as “sprint salo”)
Louisville has been improving rapidly and great with freestylers
Eddie Reese at Texas is THE man for 200 swimmers and freestylers in general
Matt Kredich at Tennessee has really turned around the program last year

These were the ones I could think of that were the top dogs, but also a couple underrated coaches. I know you asked for D1, but Kenyon is an amazing sprint program even though its only D3.
