Are you a freshman?

Littlefield! I’m still thankful that I got to spend my first year there. It’s clean, classy, and 99.9% chance of getting a big closet that’s kind of even a walk-in closet.

For my experience though, I was the .1% that got the broom closet size of a closet to share with another girl. lol But I was always jealous of everybody else in the dorm.

I never ever saw the bathrooms dirty or ever really crowded. They got cleaned daily.

And the best thing about it is that you’re safe; it’s a part of the honors quad (although not associated, smh) and the courtyard gets locked so you know that no crazy hobo will be roaming there and you can chill outside. haha

PM if you want to know more! I can tell you the route to sneak friends in too. >:D

AND if you’re not a freshman, then Whitis Court or Kinsolving (although I never was on good terms with the desk attendants; always giving mean death stares lol).

Personally, I really enjoyed living at Kinsolving my first year. Clean and the rooms are really great. plus, it has a pretty good location. I was lucky to have a really great wing where we got to know each other really well and became good friends I think you should see the dorms in person to see which one suits you best. each dorm has its own quirks and charming characteristics. Until I saw the dorms in person, I wasn’t really sure of my decision.

I highly recommend the south side for Kins if you’re interested. If you have any questions, feel free to pm

^Lol. I don’t know about the mean death stares. I haven’t experienced it yet, maybe it was just a bad RA Sorry to hear that.

Private dorm: Scottish Rite! Awesome place to live. I stayed there all four years. Hanging out by the swimming pool, good food, convenient. I hope my daughter stays there!

OoOooO Yeah, Scottish Rite. I always passed by and was all googly eyed 'cause I wish I lived there. It’s so pretty.

Second Scottish Rite. DD will live there this fall.
[Scottish Rite Dormitory](http://srd.org/)

What type of place is Scottish Rite?
Is it a part of the UT Austin residence halls or apartments or is it a off campus apartment?

Did you click on the link above? SRD is an off campus dormitory that is right next to campus–less than a block from Kinsolving dormitory which is “on campus.”

It wasn’t until I got on this board that I realized SRD is not an on-campus dorm, lol. It’s right there. It was closer than Jester to the civil engineering building, where I spent most of my time.
