I want a school less than $30,000 on the east coast that has a good art and education program, which has an illustration focus; one that accepts about half of applicants or more. Can someone give me a list that might fit this?

[School of Art and Design at Alfred University](http://art.alfred.edu/divisions_concentrations/painting_drawing_photo/index.html)

[Alfred University - College of Liberal Arts and Sciences - Education](http://las.alfred.edu/education/)

Alfred University (NY) has a School of Art & Design (OOS, about 31k per year)
The College of Liberal Arts offers an Education Major at $37,000/year.

It would depend on which school you applied to within Alfred University for the cost.
The School of Art & Design is through NYS, as are some Engineering Programs.

You can look back on some of my previous posts to see my comments on Alfred University.

Application deadline is February 1st, rolling admissions.

Best of luck in your college search!
