best engineering major for the army.

hi
can an engineer go to army after getting his bachelor degree??
what if an engineer wants to be an Apache-commander ?? or M1A1 Abramas commander??
what is the best path for that?

p.s:
my native language is Arabic and I am fluent in Persian "Farsi" so does that help?

and no worry about the Green-card ,I will get it.

Didn’t you ask a similar question a few months ago? I’m not sure you are required to be an engineer to fly an Apache helicopter or command a tank. You do have to take an aptitude test when you join the military - - depending upon the results they may tell you where you go. IMO - you need to focus on the area that you find most interesting rather than dwelling so much on these hypothetical situations.

The language ability is not going to help in these specific situations.

The language ability would help quite a bit if you wanted to get into the intelligence community. Of course, they don’t exactly let foreign nationals into that.

Sorry, but, non-US citizens cannot become officers. All pilots are officers.
